As a result of my mother’s death I had to sell her house. A daunting task at a difficult time. Due to an unsatisfactory experience with a realtor in the past I tried to complete this on my own. After a few failed attempts at sealing a deal, I was frustrated and worn out. It was then, with some reluctance, that I agreed to seek professional help from a realtor and met Ken Pond through a mutual friend. Ken was truly “heaven sent” and an answer to prayer.

Ken is a man of integrity and heart and exhibited true professionalism. He’s knows the ins and outs of real-estate, is an effective negotiator, and possesses a willingness to work. A detail oriented “go-getter”, he didn’t hesitate to roll up his sleeves to help our contractor get the house ready to sell. He is an effective realtor and relieved me of a heavy burden as he walked with me through every step of the process. I know he had other business, but I felt as if I was his most important client. Communication between us was great! Whether it was a call or text, Ken was always timely in response.

I’ll always be thankful for his efforts and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Ken to anyone in need of the service of an exceptional realtor.
